Peak in Demand: The week of September 10th–16th marked the highest point in recent months, with 670 job postings. This spike suggests an increase in hiring activity during this period, which could be attributed to companies ramping up for Q4 projects.

End of September Decline: By the week of September 17th–23rd, job postings fell to 550, representing a decrease of 120 jobs from the previous week. While still above the early September numbers, it highlights a cooling off after the mid-month surge.
